    Paul joined CJ Partnership in 2001 following a ten year, post graduate, career with leading Leeds and Manchester based commercial practices. Never losing sight of his creative design direction, Paul has added strong commercial acumen and large scale project experience. As well as his involvement in the Manchester Metro link Development, Eldon Square Shopping Centre in Newcastle and The Doncaster Interchange, Paul has led CJ Partnership’s market entry into China through Educative and Urban Regeneration projects. He speaks regularly at Business Forums on the subject of exporting professional services into the Chinese Economy.

  • Paul Allison MCIAT. MaPS

    Director

    Paul has worked at CJ Partnership for over 35 years and been a partner / director for 20 years. He was the guiding hand behind the practice’s big transformation in the 1990s that changed the culture of the business and recognised the need for the adoption of leading edge technology to support ever increasing creative design as a response to evolving market demand. Paul’s technical and construction expertise is borne out of 30 years as a qualified Architectural Technologist. His intuitive ability to produce a workable solution, research and select materials, provide technical information, negotiate with planning and building authorities and supervise development and construction work dovetails strongly with Pauls Clark’s design direction to deliver outstanding results.

  • Suzanne Wilson

    Architect

    Suzanne started her architectural training at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne followed by a year in practice at CJ Partnership and further experience with NBRS&P in Australia. She returned to the UK for a post graduate degree in Bioclimatic Architecture at the Manchester School of Architecture. Suzanne has been an associate lecturer teaching undergraduate students and also worked at Sheppard Robson. Since qualifying as a registered Architect Suzanne has trained as a BREEAM and a Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor.
    Suzanne’s objective at CJ Partnership is to steer the sustainability arm of the company to inform and improve the energy credentials and performance of the buildings and built environment that CJ Partnership creates, whilst ensuring they continue to operate as an environmentally responsible practice.
